Мікронутрієнтний статус: вплив на репродуктивне здоров’я жінки та вагітність (Огляд літератури)

Анотація

Стаття є оглядом наукових публікацій, що розглядають вплив мікронутрієнтів на репродуктивне здоров’я жінки, фертильність, вагітність та сучасні засади профілактики нестачі вітамінів і нутрієнтів. У сучасному світі, а особливо у країнах з економікою, що розвивається, проблема дефіциту певних мікронутрієнтів стоїть особливо гостро. Кількість людей у світі, що стикалась з ним у тому чи іншому вигляді, за даними ВООЗ, сягає 2 млрд.
Хронічна нестача певних мікронутрієнтів справляє значний негативний вплив на здоров’я, водночас не має специфічних клінічних проявів, діагностика є вартісною для масового впровадження, а лікування патологічних станів, зумовлених дефіцитом мікронутрієнтів, вимагає значної кількості ресурсів. Саме тому розроблення оптимальних програм та рекомендацій щодо профілактики або корекції нестачі мікронутрієнтів знаходиться у фокусі уваги ВООЗ і провідних науковців світу.
