Ситуаційний аналіз проблеми материнської смертності в Україні та шляхи її вирішення

Анотація
Показник материнської смертності (МС) вважається інтегрованим індикатором репродуктивного здоров’я жінок, який відображає не лише стан загального, у тому числі репродуктивного, здоров’я, якість медичної допомоги вагітним і рівень організаційної роботи родопомічних закладів, а й поєднану взаємодію цих факторів з економічними, екологічними, санітарно-гігієнічними, соціально-культурними та іншими чинниками.
Мета дослідження: висвітлення актуальної проблеми МС в Україні та світі, пошуку її основних чинників та шляхів вирішення.
Матеріали та методи. Використано бібліосемантичний, аналітичний, статистичний та концептуальний методи. Період дослідження становить 2010–2022 рр.
Результати. Коефіцієнт МС на сьогодні є надзвичайною проблемою у всьому світі. Всесвітня організація охорони здоров’я (ВООЗ) наголошує, що МС є неприпустимо високою. У 2020 р. майже 287 000 жінок померли під час та після вагітності і пологів. Майже 95% всіх випадків материнської смерті у 2020 р. відбулися в країнах з низьким рівнем доходу та рівнем доходу, нижчим за середній, і в більшості випадків їм можна було запобігти.
Висновки. В Україні спостерігається негативна хвилеподібна ситуація з показником МС, тобто коливання від зниження до підвищення. І навіть зниження показника МС не досягає його рівня у розвинених країнах. У 2022 р. зареєстровано 19,3 на 100 тис. народжених живими. Основними причинами високих показників МС в Україні є: недосконалість системи охорони здоров’я щодо формування репродуктивного здоров’я у підлітків, втрата потенціалу системи планування сім’ї, недостатній рівень доступності українських жінок до послуг з охорони репродуктивного здоров’я, низький рівень організації перинатальної допомоги та її ефективності, відсутність системи моніторингу за дотриманням критеріїв якості клінічних протоколів, а також недостатній рівень соціально-економічного забезпечення населення.
Упровадження заходів Глобальної стратегії і цілей ВООЗ щодо попередження випадків материнської смерті до 2030 р. сприятиме зниженню показника МС, а саме – підвищення доступності та якості медико-санітарних послуг у системі охорони здоров’я підлітків, матерів і новонароджених, у царині репродуктивного здоров’я, для профілактики материнської смертності, покращення ефективності системи охорони здоров’я.
